Kili Music Tour heads to Kigoma

After a successful show in Dodoma, the Kili Music Tour, sponsored by Kilimanjaro Premium Lager, will be heading to Kigoma tomorrow.

This is the third show of the second phase of the tour as it has already covered Mbeya and Dodoma and it has already gained much popularity due to the weight of the artistes involved.

The Kigoma show will take place at the Lake Tanganyika Stadium where Kigoma residents have high expectations following what they heard from the other regions.

“This tour aims at taking top artistes to their fans and also promoting local music, hence the reason for us choosing the slogan ‘kikwetu kwetu’, meaning feeling proud of what is ours,” said the Kilimanjaro Premium Lager brand manager, George Kavishe.

He urged Kigoma residents to turn up in large numbers so they can see their artistes and also get entertainment that they have missed for a long time.
He said the entrance fee for tomorrow show is Tsh 3,000 plus a free beer of Kilimanjaro Premium Lager for those above 18.

Artistes expected to perform at the concert include Diamond, Professor J, Weusi, Ben Pol, Mzee Yusuph, Mwasiti, Mwana FA, Amini and Christian Bella.
This tour is coordinated by East Africa TV and Radio, Executive Solutions, Aggrey and Clifford, Integrated Communications and Aim Group.

After Kigoma, the tour will head to Tanga and then the grand finale will be in Dar es Salaam on September 6 where a big concert is expected to happen.
